HOW IT WORKS

You go to the gym.
We do the rest.

Three steps. No logging. Objective proof you're getting stronger.

THE FLOW

Three steps. That's it.

01
PROP UP YOUR PHONE
Point it at where you train.

Open the app, prop your phone up, hit start. No sensors, no wearable, no manual entry.

02
TRAIN
Work out normally.

Every machine, weight, and rep captured by your camera in real time. You don't touch your phone again until you're done.

03
SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Get an objective read.

One objective number after every session. More Force than last week means you got stronger.

SEE IT IN ACTION
CAMERA READY
START SESSION
ITERUM

Prop your phone up and open the app. Point the camera at where you're training — any gym, any equipment.

YOUR CHOICE

Two Ways to Train.

NON-GUIDED MODE

Train. Review Later.

Prop your phone up, hit start, then train as normal. We capture everything in the background — no need to touch your phone again until you review your Force report after.

GUIDED MODE

Live Coaching. Real Time.

Open the app for live coaching. Get your next set, the right load, and a plan that adapts to whatever equipment is available right now.

THE DATA

Four Things. No Input Required.

MACHINES

Which equipment you used. Identified from your movement. Every session.

WEIGHT

Exactly how much you lifted. Detected automatically. No entry needed.

REPS

Every rep counted per set. Without your phone. Without logging.

FORCE

Mass times acceleration. Your objective strength score. Comparable week over week.

You train. We capture everything. No logging. No setup. No manual input of any kind.

ANYWHERE YOU TRAIN

Your Phone Is the Tracker. Any Gym, Anywhere.

Prop your phone up before your session and hit start. Same tracking, same Force metric — at your home gym, a new gym, on the road, anywhere you train.

AVAILABLE NOW

Works at any gym, right now. Just your phone — prop it up, hit start, train.

COMING SOON

We're building camera installs for partner gyms — walk in and train, no phone needed. Rolling out after the beta.

Output is compatible with Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Whoop, and Oura. ITERUM adds the one layer every wearable is missing.

WHY FORCE

The Metric That Answers Progressive Overload.

Everyone knows the principle. Do more than last time and you get stronger.

The problem is knowing when. When is the weight ready to go up? When did you actually improve?

Heart rate, calories, and RPE cannot answer that. They tell you how hard you worked. Not whether your output increased.

Force can. Mass times acceleration. Calculated per rep. Compared week over week. The same metric elite coaches have used for decades — now automated for everyone.

MASS×ACCELERATION=FORCE
Research Validated

Decades of peer-reviewed research confirm force output is the most accurate measure of strength adaptation available.

Used at the Elite Level

Olympic programs and professional sports teams use this metric to track athlete development. ITERUM makes it automatic and accessible for the first time.

The Missing Layer

Wearables carry 15 to 57 percent error during lifting. They measure effort. Force measures output. One tells you how hard it felt. The other tells you if you got stronger.

Longevity

A 5kg decline in grip strength is associated with a 16% increase in all-cause mortality risk. Resistance training at 60 to 120 minutes per week reduces all-cause mortality by up to 27%. No current commercial system can measure whether a member is hitting that training dose. ITERUM can.

HOW WE COMPARE

Everything Else Requires a Compromise. We Do Not.

FEATUREITERUMFORCE PLATESVBT DEVICESCONNECTED EQUIPMENTEXERSIGHTKEMTAIWEARABLES
FORCE
Works on existing equipment with no modifications
Scales to full gym simultaneously
No manual entry or logging
Identifies load automatically
Cost accessible for average gym
Limited

Force plates cost $10,000 to $50,000 and require a specialist. VBT devices need one sensor per barbell — they do not scale. Connected equipment replaces everything and is priced for home use. Gym software logs what you type in, not what you lifted. Exersight uses cameras for form, not force, and its pricing is not publicly available — cost accessibility for the average gym is unconfirmed. Kemtai is rehab-focused with no load identification. Wearables track heart rate and sleep. None of them tell you whether you got stronger. ITERUM is the first system built to calculate an objective strength metric automatically at commercial gym scale — phone-based tracking today, with camera hardware (about $700 per bay) rolling out to partner gyms next. No sensors on equipment. No change for the user.
